ARTURO FUENTE

HECHO A MANO, EN LA ZONA FRANCA DE SANTIAGO, REPUBUBLICA DOMINICANA POR TABACALERA.

ARTURO FUENTE SHORT STORY

Great cigar when you don't have a lot of time. I can get through one of these in about 20 min. Currently one of my favorite cigars.

ARTURO FUENTE RESERVA ESPECIAL HEMINGWAY

Even with the high level of rarity, the price and quality really make this cigar a winner. Not only is this one of my soon to be father-in-law’s favorite cigars – but it has quickly moved up the list into my top 5 without a doubt. I don’t know if I would go out and purchase of box of these though, although they were a very good smoke they just didn’t hit me in such a way where I would be dropping 175+ on a box. With that being said though – I have already purchased a 5 pack and plan on keeping a few in the humidor at all times. The cigar is very complex, has been created by some of the best rollers in the world, manufactured by a great company and delivers consistently – really, what more could you as for?

ARTURO FUENTE 8-5-8 NATURAL

This was another great cigar from AF. The 858's just seem so mellow and long and slow and relaxing and a great burn. The price is great too. The fingerprints and excess pectin was a little worrisome and I've heard of this on other samples. Other than that, the cigar is great. I do enjoy the maduro slightly more and at the same price, I will be looking to pick up a box in the future.

ARTURO FUENTE CHATEAU FUENTE

Mild but full bodied with a hint of pepper and sugarcane. Easy draw with an even burn. An excellent cigar

COHIBA

A new brand which was introduced only in 1968, Cohiba quickly became the flagship brand of the Cuban Cigars industry. Developed initially as a medium bodied protocol cigar for presentation only by officials of the Cuban government, Cohiba was marketed widely beginning in 1982. The initial sizes were the Lancero, the Corona Especiale and the Panetela, with the Esplendido, Robusto and Exquisito added in 1989. In 1992, in salute to the 500th anniversary of Columbus' discovery of the Caribbean, the Siglo series was introduced. The Cohiba series was initially made in the El Laguito factory in Havana, but production is now also in the Fernando Perez German factory

COHIBA PURO DOMINICANA TORO

Once lit, I find a burst of full flavor with lots of chewy leather and spice on the lips. Soon the spice fades and the cigar becomes more toasty and medium-bodied. From time to time, some bitterness works into an otherwise smooth flavor profile

$ 18.99

COHIBA ROBUSTO

Enjoyed this one evening with a late harvest cabernet and some chocolate cake. Delish. Beautiful to the eye, perfect burn and nice nuttly flavors. I've had equally good sticks at lower price points, but this Cohiba never disappoints. I'll keep a box in my collection from here on out

$ 13.99

COHIBA CRYSTAL CORONA

There is nothing better than this, each one just as good as the other, I don't know why the crystals taste different from the regular corona but it has the exact taste I'm looking for in a cigar! I hope these are not on back order for too long I will buy another box

$13.99

COHIBA TORO

Excellent consistancy with Toro tube. Taste and draw are outstanding.

GURKAH CIGARS

Gurkha cigars are famous for their quality and their original packaging. They are not exactly cheap but still quite popular.

GURKAH GHOST

One thing that stood out to me about this cigar is the somewhat unusual blend of tobacco. As I mentioned earlier, the wrapper is a dark Brazilian Arapiraca, the Binder a Dominican Criollo from 1998 (obviously aged very well by now) and the filler is a combination of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos. Not entirely rare, but definitely different than a lot of blends that are out there right now

$ 6.99

GURKAH SEDUCTION

Seduction cigars produces a nice bittersweet cocoa flavor mixed with some coffee notes. This flavor is enhanced with rich earthy tones and complimented by some nice baking spices, with cinnamon being the strongest. There are also hints of vanilla and aged rum. It has the feel of a decadent dessert cigar, one that is to be enjoyed slowly.

GURKAH 125 ANNIVERSERY EDITION

Gurkha 125th Anniversary Special Edition, a 92-rated gem, pulled out all the stops to celebrate this milestone event. Yes, it received the prestigious Golden Label Award for printing, design, and execution of a cigar band. Yes, this super premium utilizes some of the most exquisite and rare tobacco leaves in the universe. Yes, it’s a damn good cigar

$ 8.99

GURKAH CELLAR RESERVE

These cigars have some great flavors. The smoke is smooth, creamy and has a rich tobacco aroma. Surprisingly it had no flavor pre-lighting. This is very nice medium cigar that is earthy, woodsy with no spice and no bitterness. Although light, it is full flavored and gives you a mouth full of smoke that dances around your tongue with perhaps a little oak flavor. The flavor reminded me of a nice chardonney or a rich blended scotch like JW Blue Label or a 30 year old single malt

ROCKY PATEL

Rocky Patel positions himself as one of the leaders in the cigar industry. Rocky Patel cigars are quickly gained recognition and are now quite popular in the US.

ROCKY PATEL ROBUSTO MINT

But the Java Mint Robusto was by far the most cigar-like infused stogie I’d ever had. While the mint aroma was present for most of the cigar, it didn’t mask the chocolaty, peppery flavors of the tobaccos in the blend; it just complemented them. It was almost as if they rolled peppermint leaves right into the cigar. Anyway, whether you’re a fan of infused cigars or not, I highly recommend trying one of these. When you’re too full for dessert after a huge dinner and a few (too many) drinks, there’s nothing better

$ 6.99

ROCKY PATEL JAVA THE 58 MADURO
